ELEVATE Week 3 | Stop Doing It All: How to Step Away from the Front Desk and Actually Be the CEO

ELEVATE: 30 Days of Tools, Truths, and Tactics for the Unstoppable Studio Owner

It is 8:45 PM on a Tuesday. You are plunging a clogged toilet in the dressing room while simultaneously typing an email on your phone to a parent who wants to know the recital dates—dates that have been posted on the bulletin board for three months.

Sound familiar?

Most studio owners don't own a business; they own a very exhausting, high-stress job. You are the janitor, the therapist, the front desk receptionist, the marketing director, and the visionary leader all rolled into one. But here is the hard truth: You cannot grow a 7-figure studio if you are stuck behind the front desk answering the phone. Your time is the most valuable asset your business has. Every hour you spend doing a $15/hour administrative task is an hour you are not spending generating revenue, building community partnerships, or resting your body. It is time to reclaim your life.

Systems Buy Back Your Time

You don't need to work harder; you need to build systems. A system is simply a repeatable process that happens the exact same way every time, whether you are in the building or sitting on a beach.

Last week, we talked about how a premium price point requires flawless execution. That execution comes from solid OPERATIONS. You do not need expensive software or a massive team to create systems. You just need clear templates, automated responses, and the willingness to let go of control.

The Ultimate Shortcut: Your Operations Suite

We know that sitting down to write studio manuals and staff handbooks from scratch is overwhelming. So, we did it for you.

Our Free Dance Studio OPERATIONS Suite is packed with the exact templates, checklists, and procedures you need to completely systemize your business. This is your toolkit to stop being the studio's bottleneck.
