Prepare; 5^th position left foot front, upstage

Introduction: Demi allonge to bras bas

1- 2 Temps leve derriere with petit developpe derriere croise, temps leve devant with petit developpe devant finished in 4^th croise

3-4 Coupe over, chase pas de bouree en avant in ouvert, close to 5^th, cabriole derriere, chasse passé en avant

5-6 Coupe chasse, pas de bouree, finish in 4^th croise

7-8 Triple pirouette, en dehors finish 4^th croise

1-4 Double pirouette en dedans in attitude finish in croise

5-6 Pose upstage OP and developpe to ecarte devant, tombe forward

& 7-8 Pas de bouree under on "&" to 4^th croise. Single pirouette en dedans in 1^st arabesque, finishing in croise en fondu

Repeat all on left side

Pirouettes in attitude and arabesque

Prepare; 5^th position croise

Introduction: Demi allonge to bras bas

1- 2 Battement glisse devant to large 4^th, using port de bras arms through 5^th position

3-4 Single pirouette en attitude derriere en dedans, arms 5^th during turn

5-8 Finish the turn efface to PO and slowly extend back leg to arabesque and port de bras arms to a deux bras

"and" Battement glisse devant

1-2 Pose to large 4^th with port de bras

3-4 Single pirouette en attitude derriere en dedans with arms 5^th position

5-8 Finish the turn efface to Prompt, slowly extent back leg to arabesque and port de bras arms to a deux bras

1- 2 Battement glisse devant to large 4^th, using port de bras arms through 5^th position

3-4 Single pirouette in arabesque derriere en dedans, arms 1^st arabesque during turn

5-8 Finish the turn efface to PO and hold arabesque

"and" Battement glisse devant

1-2 Pose to large 4^th with port de bras

3-4 Single pirouette in arabesque derriere with arms 1^st arabesque position

5-8 Finish the turn efface to Prompt and hold arabesque position, then finish with a passé through to a large 4^th

Exercise then to be repeated with double turns
