You emailed me that you couldn’t charge my credit card. That’s because I have a new one. There is no option anywhere on your site to manage my account. Your email said “contact us”, but left no contact info and I can’t reply to the address it was sent from. I can’t cancel the account because you don’t allow that anywhere on the site either, and give no instructions as to how to do that - what a terrible business practice! And you don’t reply to questions. So I suppose if you reply I will give you the new information, and if not, I will allow my subscription to this poorly administrated site lapse.
