Dance Studio Owners

Valentine’s Day may look a little different for everyone this year, but that’s even more of a reason to spread the love. Celebrate the spirit with your younger dancers and build a lesson plan around the holiday. It’s easy, fun and will get everyone moving while they’re spreading love into the world!

Brainstorm with students about why they love dance and bring this movement sentence to life! For an extra sweet treat, invite parents for an informal Valentine’s Day showing to see how their words, emotions and choreography join together to send a message of love, inspiration and dance! If socially distanced, in person showings are not available to you, no worries- send a video card message to parents or livestream the event so everyone can take part! Happy Valentine’s Day!

I HEART DANCE

I HEART DANCE.

I LOVE TO DANCE WHEN I AM_________________.

DANCE MAKES ME FEEL________________.

WHEN I DANCE, I FEEL LIKE I AM ________________ IN THE SKY.

I CAN MOVE MY ________________ AND I CAN _________________ WITH JUST ONE TRY.

MOST OF ALL I LOVE TO ______________ AND MAKE PEOPLE SMILE.

THIS VALENTINE'S DAY  I HOPE TO DANCE FOR YOU AND OPEN YOUR HEARTS A MILE!

I HEART DANCE.
