A 20 minute coaching session every month! Discuss how to handle problems with students, parents and teachers. Ideas on studio management, how to increase cash flow and profits while having more fun with less stress. We can help you with unique concepts for your year end show, technical effects on a budget, choreography and costuming. You decide what will be discussed at each session to help you achieve your ultimate success. Imagine being able to brainstorm with coaches who have over 20 years of experience in the studio business and 15 plus years as professional dancers!! If you are looking to take your studio or teaching methods to new heights, then our VIP program is for you! Sessions will be the first Tuesday and Thursday of each month between the hours of 9am to 1pm east coast time.

Special workshop in Connecticut 

On August 15th and 16th we will host the Special VIP workshop at our studio in Fairfield, CT. Each day we will present unique and inspiring ideas for business development and teacher training. Because of the small size of the group each member will be given individual attention. We will focus on developing a plan to optimize growth at your studio. Marketing ideas, how to improve your organizational and management skills are topics that will be covered. We will share our tried and true methods for real results. The second half of the day will be spent observing classes taught by Steve, Angela and other master teachers. Notes can be taken and each class will conclude with a Q&A period. A wealth of knowledge will be shared by all. A power lunch with a special guest is included. Members will receive a DVD and CD of the entire event! All VIP members will be sent directions and our host hotel information. Transportation and accommodations not included
